Armand Carr


Armand is the Founder of All Tied Up.With more than 25 years experience in radio, Armand is affectionately known as “The Voice” and regarded as the most recognized voices in the San Francisco Bay Area. Former host of the Quiet Storm on KBLX 102.9FM in San Francisco and The Night Beat at 100.3FM The Beat in Los Angeles, he was inspired to be more than just a voice on the radio and made a commitment to be a voice to the voiceless in the community. In 2016 Armand founded All Tied Up, a non-profit that prepares young men of color for success. Armand is a 2017 Jefferson Award recipient, named 2017 Black Enterprise 100 Men of Distinction, received the 2017 Certificate of Special Recognition by Congresswoman Barbara Lee for his work in combatting human trafficking, 2018 Chabot College “Striving Black Brothers Coalition Man of The Year”, 2019 Steph Curry/Under Armour Community All-Star Award, 2020 Certificate of Recognition for Community Service by the University of California Office of the President, 2021 American Cancer Society Emcee of The Year, and most recently, Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf proclaimed May 16th “Armand Carr Day” in the city of Oakland, 2023 Armand recieved The Cisco Networking Academy Alumni Global Influencer of the year award.

Eileen Gazaway


Eileen is the Co-Founder of All Tied Up, an award-winning nonprofit that works to promote self-confidence in young men of color. Additionally, Eileen is a US patented inventor, former producer of Northern California’s largest independent beauty industry show, and entertainment project manager. Eileen has been featured in People Magazine, Tyra Banks’ Fashionhouse, national and local newspapers, television segments, and the focus of several collegiate reports. Clients include the late Charlie Murphy, Eddie Murphy, Gladys Knight, Ashanti, Ja Rule, and The Jacksons, to name a few. Eileen is a lifetime member of BWOPA (Black Women Organized For Political Action), and former Director of Marketing for the California Black Chamber of Commerce and KDEE 97.5FM.

Cameron Williams

Cameron Williams is the Radio Network Coordinator for the Golden State Warriors and Golden State Valkyries at 95.7 The Game. An alumnus of San Francisco State University with a degree in Broadcast and Electronic Communication Arts, Cameron has carved a niche in radio broadcasting and production. His journey includes roles at industry giants like Bonneville International, Entercom, iHeartMedia, and Audacy. With a versatile skill set, he's produced shows for top stations like 102.9 KBLX, 99.7 NOW, Wild 94.9, and 106.1KMEL, and served as a news producer for 93.1 KFBK & 650 KSTE in Sacramento. Returning to the Bay Area, he now shines as the Warriors Network Coordinator and the main in-studio producer, helping to broadcast live games. His expertise extends to audio and video editing, videography, interviewing, voiceovers and education.. He's collaborated on music videos, show sets, and even dipped into acting.
